I'm Lana Rose, a London-based Fractional CMO and Brand Strategist working with founders and purpose-led brands who are ready to grow with clarity and intention.

The coherence between who you are, what you offer, and how you show up across every touchpoint, every conversation, every piece of content you put into the world.

Most brands underestimate how much this matters. When positioning is unclear, messaging drifts. When messaging drifts, channels fragment. When channels fragment, growth becomes reactive rather than intentional. The brand starts to drift from its roots and the audience loses the thread.

Building a brand that endures means starting from the inside out. It means getting clear on what you stand for before deciding what to say. Understanding your audience at a human level before choosing your channels. Creating a system including positioning, narrative, identity, messaging that carries consistently across every touchpoint and compounds over time.

My approach is grounded in brand strategy, psychology, and systems thinking. Alongside my marketing practice, I hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training qualification. This shapes everything about how I work, how I listen deeply, read the dynamics within teams and brands, and lead with calm and clarity when the path forward isn't clear.

At its core, marketing is about people: their needs, motivations, and what actually moves them. When strategy is built on that understanding, it doesn't just perform. It resonates.

My work has been recognised for both its creativity and its impact, particularly in campaigns championing inclusivity for women and LGBTQIA+ communities across marketing and gaming.

In 2023 I was shortlisted for Advertising Week Europe's Future is Female Awards. During my time at Dialect, I contributed to three award wins and six nominations, including recognition from the Content Marketing Association and The Drum Awards for Content — with a highlight being Best Company at the Women in Marketing Awards (2022) for inclusivity work in gaming and tech.
