WHAT I BRING


The strategist who understands the person, not just the plan.

I'm Lana Rose, a London-based Fractional CMO and Brand Strategist. I work with founders and CEOs who are carrying a lot, building something they care about, growing fast, and usually stretched thinner than anyone around them realises.

What makes my work different is where it comes from. Alongside more than a decade in brand and marketing, I trained in counselling and psychotherapy. So I don't just build your strategy, I understand the pressure, the doubt and the relational dynamics that come with leading. I embed as a senior marketing partner who brings direction and a marketing system built to scale, and who actually hears what you're navigating along the way.

I work end-to-end across strategy and delivery, from shaping the story to building the channels and systems that carry it. That 360° perspective means I lead at a senior level while staying close to the detail, so nothing gets lost between vision and outcome. I refine messaging, strengthen growth engines, and track what's truly landing, so every decision is grounded in insight, not assumption, and never adds to your overwhelm.

A brand can only ever be as clear as the person leading it feels. When a founder is overloaded and pulled in every direction, the brand drifts too, positioning blurs, messaging wanders, channels fragment, and growth turns reactive. The work isn't only strategic. It's human.

I start where most marketers don't.


Before we decide what to say, I help you get clear on what you stand for, and I work to understand your audience, and you. Then we build the system: positioning, narrative, identity and messaging that carries across every touchpoint and compounds over time.

Where my psychotherapy background comes in.


Alongside my marketing practice, I hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training qualification. It shapes everything: how I listen, how I read the dynamics within teams and brands, and how I stay calm and clear when the path forward isn't. Emotional intelligence and active listening aren't soft additional skills, they're how I get to the truth faster, and how the founders I work with finally feel understood rather than just advised.

At its core, marketing is about people: their needs, their motivations, and what actually moves them. When strategy is built on that understanding, and built with the person carrying it, not on top of them, it doesn't just perform. It resonates.

In 2023 I was shortlisted for Advertising Week Europe's Future is Female Awards. During my time at Dialect, I contributed to three award wins and six nominations, including recognition from the Content Marketing Association and The Drum Awards for Content — with a highlight being Best Company at the Women in Marketing Awards (2022) for inclusivity work in gaming and tech.
