Meet Lana Rose.
Fractional CMO and Brand Strategist helping brands translate vision into clear strategy and sustainable growth.
Strategic Leadership. From Vision To Growth.
I’m Lana Rose, a London-based Fractional CMO + Brand & Marketing Strategist. I help founders and purpose-driven brands translate vision into a marketing system that scales: with clear positioning, aligned execution, and momentum you can measure.
Strategy With Depth. Execution With Precision.
With a background in psychology, storytelling, and creative direction, I work end-to-end across strategy and delivery, from shaping the story to building the channels that carry it. That 360° view means I lead at a senior level while staying close to the detail: refining your messaging, strengthening your growth engine, and tracking what’s truly landing so we’re not guessing, we’re learning and optimising.
Building Brands That Shape Culture.
Over the past decade, my work has spanned sectors from legal and professional services, FMCG, hospitality, and non-profit, to creative agencies and the arts.
From building immersive worlds such as Starship Academy to shaping whole system change consultancies including Living Systems, and launching music collectives such as Shibumi Records, I shape brands rooted in community, culture and meaningful change.
My Holistic Perspective.
I see branding as a living system. It isn’t just a logo — it’s the felt experience of your business: the moment someone recognises themselves in your story, and the coherence between who you are, what you offer, and how you show up.
That’s why my approach weaves together:
Behavioural psychology — translating audience insight to understand what truly drives engagement, trust, and decision-making — not just what people say they want, but what moves them beneath the surface.
Storycraft — shaping the narrative threads that give your brand memorability and meaning, so your message doesn’t just communicate — it resonates.
Embodiment — ensuring your brand doesn’t just sound aligned, but feels aligned. Internally and externally. Strategically and emotionally.
At its core, marketing is about people — their needs, motivations, emotions, and stories. When we understand them deeply, strategy and messaging become intentional, and aligned.
Alongside marketing, I’m trained in 200hr Hatha Yoga Teaching Training (2020) and Foundations of Counselling & Psychotherapy (2026) — shaping how I listen, read relational dynamics within teams and brands, and lead with clarity under complexity.
The result is strategy grounded in psychological insight and practical execution — shaping messaging, campaigns, and growth systems that truly resonate and perform.
Expertise At A Glance.
I bring over a decade of experience leading brand and marketing across the full digital ecosystem — where strategic clarity meets creative direction, and storytelling drives measurable growth.
My work spans positioning, messaging, and go-to-market through to channel strategy and performance — helping brands translate vision into focused execution, stronger connection, and sustainable momentum.
